Thanks for this Katy. You’re right that it’s the initial inertia that makes it hard to start a task, but setting a specific time limit can trick out brains into seeing the task as less daunting. And usually once we’ve started something, we’re in the flow and we don’t want to stop. Very inspiring — I’m off to do a 30 minute task!
