I agree with this idea of setting limitations.

By setting limitations on your work and forcing yourself to do less, you need to focus on the essentials and you’re forced to drop the non-important. This is probably the biggest shift you can ever make in your productivity levels.

I agree with this idea of setting limitations. If I set myself a 30 minute time limit to write before I work, I force myself to focus and find that I’ve more productive than if I have infinite time.
