A great article, Andy. I actually read it about 6 months ago and it inspired me to take a 3 month break from alcohol. I am about half way through my challenge and I absolutely love it. It is so good to wake up feeling good every day! I am making so much more of my life now that I have gained back all those wasted hangover days. I hope that the challenge will have the lasting effect of changing my relationship with alcohol so that, in the future, I can actively choose when I want to drink alcohol, rather than drinking out of habit. Thanks for the inspiration!
